The Oakmont Technology Learning Center (OTLC) promotes computer literacy and improved electronic communications by Oakmont residents. The OTLC is housed in the Oakmont Central Activities Complex (CAC), providing technology instruction to Oakmont residents in a classroom environment by knowledgeable volunteer instructors and their assistants. Twelve computers are available for students as well as seating for students who may prefer to use their personal laptops or devices.

The Center offers classes throughout most of the year, with a break in the summer. Registration and class schedules are on this web site. Classes include:
